- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- No smoking in the home, on the decks, or in the backyard
- No drugs, fireworks, or illegal activities
- Parking: 2 cars in the driveway, 1 on the street
This is a beautiful, immaculate home with premium furnishings and decor. Please treat it with respect, care, and gentleness.
Before you leave
- Tidy the home and return items and furniture to their original places
- Remove sheets from used beds and place them on the floor
- Leave unused beds made
- Put used towels on the bathroom floor
- Wash, dry, and put away beach towels
- Run and empty the dishwasher
- Start one load of laundry (it’s okay if it’s still in the washer)
- Take out all garbage
- Remove perishables — don’t leave flowers or food behind
- Lock the doors and close all windows
Notes
- There is single-home construction across the street from 2025–2027.
- Access is the entire home via an electronic keypad.
- No air conditioning — coastal evenings usually make that unnecessary.
