This is a beautiful, immaculate home with premium furnishings and decor. Please treat it with respect, care, and gentleness. We have a cleaning service that cleans to a high standard; if it takes longer than four hours, additional hours may be billed. This is a quiet neighborhood in one of the most premium areas of Aptos — not a party pad.
Before you leave
- Gather used towels
- Throw trash away
- Turn things off and lock up
- Put everything back where you found it
- Run and empty the dishwasher
- Start at least one load of laundry (it’s okay if it doesn’t make it to the dryer)
Notes
- There is single-home construction across the street from 2025–2027.
- Access is the entire home via an electronic keypad.
- No air conditioning — coastal evenings usually make that unnecessary.
